Konoba Bedem

"Charming Spot with Great Views, Friendly Service, and Delicious Food Kanoba Bedem turned out to be a perfect place to relax and soak up the atmosphere of Stari Bar. With seating both downstairs under the trees and upstairs on a shaded veranda or inside with a small balcony, it's a great spot to while away the time watching the world go by. We chose to sit upstairs for the breeze and the elevated view. A great decision given the heat at the end of June. The setting was both comfortable and picturesque. The menu offers some unique and thoughtful combinations. We went with the vegetable plate served alongside slow-roasted lamb, and added a Greek salad and fresh bread. This was more than enough for the four of us to share. Everything was freshly prepared, arrived quickly, and was absolutely delicious. Our waiter was warm and informative, offering helpful suggestions and insights into the different dishes. It really added to the overall experience. This was our first visit to Stari Bar, so we’re sure there are other great lunch spots in the area, but I can wholeheartedly recommend Kanoba Bedem for its friendly service, great location, and flavorful, well-prepared food. Definitely worth a visit. You won’t be disappointed."

"Superb local cuisine in a fantastic setting. Friendly staff, good prices and a lovely setting. I would recommend the local vegetable platter for two people, the slow cooked lamb and the pomegranate wine - all absolutely delicious!"
